Which onboard activities can I book before my cruise begins—and when exactly can I book them?

A.

Once your cruise is paid in full, you can make reservations online as soon as your cruise activities booking window opens for the following onboard activities (some fill up quickly and most have an additional fee):

Spa & Fitness

Adult Dining

Port Adventures

Onboard Fun

Nursery

Your advance booking window is determined by your Castaway Club membership level, as follows:

First-Time Guests

75 days prior to sail date

Silver Castaway Club Member

90 days prior to sail date

Gold Castaway Club Member

105 days prior to sail date

Concierge Guests and Platinum Castaway Club Member

120 days prior to sail date

To book an activity online:

  • Sign in to My Reservations
  • Click on the “My Plans” tab
  • On your day-by-day itinerary plan, choose the day you’d like to reserve your activity; then click "Add Activities" and select from the options provided.
  • You’ll see a list of available choices. Select the ones you’d like to do that day. You can then review your selections and add them to the cart.
  • Follow these same steps to add other activities on other days.
  • If you want to change a reservation already in your cart, you can do so by following the above steps to access your booked activity.

Onboard Reservations

Subject to availability, you can also make reservations on board your ship after 1:00 PM on the day of your departure for all these activities. Visit Guest Services for more information.

Reservation Cancellation Policies

  • Senses Spa & Salon: appointments must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation charge.
  • Palo Restaurant: reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid a cancellation fee. Guests who fail to arrive for a reservation without canceling will be charged the full cost of the Palo dining option.
  • Remy Restaurant: reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time to avoid a cancellation fee. Guests who fail to arrive for a reservation without canceling will be charged the full cost of the Remy dining option.
  • Port Adventures: reservations must be canceled at least 3 days prior to the cruise departure date. After that time all reservations are final and non-refundable. Some port adventures are non-cancellable/non-refundable.
  • Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique/Pirates League: reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Guests who fail to arrive for a reservation will be charged $10.
  • Royal Court Royal Tea: reservations must be canceled at least 3 days prior to the reservation time to avoid a cancellation fee. Guests who fail to arrive for a reservation without canceling will be charged the full per person cost of the Royal Court Royal Tea dining option.
  • Nursery: reservations must be canceled at least 4 hours in advance to avoid a 50% cancellation charge. Guests who fail to arrive for a reservation without canceling will be charged the full cost of the time reserved.
