In general, most onboard dining venues follow a “cruise casual” dress code. Appropriate dinner attire includes polished casual pieces such as khakis, slacks or nice jeans paired with collared or polo shirts, as well as dresses, skirts and stylish tops. Guests may also wear shorts, T-shirts and sundresses. However, swimwear and tank tops are not permitted.
Most cruises have special theme nights that provide opportunities to dress up for a one-of-a-kind family photo.
On shorter sailings you may experience…
- A pirate or other themed deck party—on some itineraries this is a show rather than a deck party
- An optional “dress-up night”—dressy attire is suggested (for example, jacket or suits, dresses or pantsuits)

Adult-exclusive restaurants aboard Disney Cruise Line ships are elegant dining experiences. Guests are requested to dress in a manner consistent with the restaurant’s sophistication. Formal or semi-formal attire is recommended. Also permitted is dress-casual attire with a polished look, such as dress pants, jeans in good condition, collared shirts, dressy tops and lifestyle shoes. For brunch at Palo and Palo Steakhouse, dress shorts are acceptable; however, they are not permitted at Remy or Enchanté. Please note that T-shirts, swimwear and sports attire are not allowed.

For brunch at Palo Trattoria, dress shorts are acceptable; however, T-shirts, swimwear and sports attire are not allowed.
At Mike & Sulley’s Flavors of Asia, the dress code is designed to be more family friendly. Guests are welcome to wear formal, semi-formal or dress-casual attire. Acceptable options include dress pants, jeans, collared shirts, dressy tops and lifestyle shoes. Please note that swimwear is not allowed.
