SUPPLEMENTAL WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Updated as of: 6/8/16

Welcome to the Disney Cruise Line Website (the “Site”). The Site is designed to enhance your sailing on the Disney Cruise Line, and provide a more immersive and personalized experience. The Site is your digital guide to the magic of exciting benefits and features that the Cruise Line has to offer. As we add more exciting features and make updates, you can go to the Help Center of the Site for more information and frequently asked questions, which will continue to be updated as these features become available.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY.

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site. By using the Site or by selecting a box that states that you accept or agree to these Terms, you signify your agreement to the these Terms for yourself and for all persons (including minors) for whom you are purchasing or otherwise securing benefits and/or managing a Site account (your “Party”). You represent that you have all necessary rights and consents to agree to these Terms on behalf of your Party. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site. These Terms apply in addition to, and not in lieu of, the Disney Interactive Terms of Use. In the event these Terms directly conflict with the applicable foregoing Disney Interactive Terms of Use, these Terms will prevail. Without limiting other rights and remedies available to us, if you fail to comply with these Terms we may immediately terminate this contract with you and/or delete your Site/App account or any of the features in your account.

SITE REGISTRATION
  • To access certain features of the Site, you will need to be signed in to your Disney account.
  • Many features and functions on the Site are only available to adults.
FAMILY AND FRIENDS
  • The Family & Friends feature allows you to book your cruise with your family and friends.
  • To use this feature, you will need to sign in to your Site account.
  • When a family member or friend accepts your invitation, that person can see: your full name, your character image, and the first and last names and character images of those on your Family & Friends list (at your option – you can elect to keep this private).
  • You can create a profile for a family member or friend who does not have his or her own Site account. You are not creating a Site account for that person, but you are providing information about that guest in order to add him or her to your Family & Friends list so that you can book a cruise on that person’s behalf. We refer to those guests as “Managed Friends”. The names of guests you identify as part of your Party when booking a cruise through the Site are automatically added to your account as Managed Friends. You may remove family or friends, other than Managed Friends, from your account at any time. You can also remove Managed Friends from your account as long as they do not have any plans associated with them.
  • If you create your own Site account and connect with someone who used to manage you as a Managed Friend, future Cruise reservations that person previously planned for you will be added to your My Cruise Reservations page, and the family and friends they approved to connect with you will be added to your Family & Friends list.
  • If someone you’ve booked for as a Managed Friend has their own Site account, you can invite them to connect with you so that all of the Cruise reservations you have purchased and planned for them will be associated with their Site account, and you will no longer control their Family & Friends list or profile.
  • You acknowledge that by sending and/or accepting an invitation to become a family or friend, you authorize that family or friend to plan and modify activities for you, without notice to you. We are not liable or responsible for the conduct of the family or friends you choose to connect with on the Site, including their planning or modifying activities on your behalf, or for a family or friend’s use of any information you choose to share with the family or friend.
MANAGE AN EXISTING CRUISE RESERVATION
  • When available, you may claim a Cruise reservation in order to manage it. To manage a Cruise reservation, you must be logged into your Site account and provide the Cruise reservation number and date of birth of a person on that Cruise reservation.
  • As a manager of a Cruise reservation, and if you are an adult, you have the right to make certain modifications to the reservation (including those that may incur charges on that reservation), make payments, make special requests, register children, book activities for all guests in your travel party (including guests in other staterooms that are linked to that Cruise reservation) and cancel activities that you booked for that reservation or in which you are a participant. Certain modifications may be limited when the reservation was booked through a third party, like a travel agent.
  • You may provide your Cruise reservation number and date of birth in order to allow another guest with a Site account to manage your reservation. However, please remember that guest will have all of the management rights listed above, and will be able to view all aspects of your reservation, including balance and payment information, planned activities, and names of guests in your stateroom. That guest will also be able to see other staterooms linked to your account and take certain actions on those staterooms as well, as described below. Keep your information safe and secure at all times.
  • Managing another guest’s Cruise reservation does not mean that guest has the right to manage your reservation, but that other guest will have certain rights and access to your Cruise reservation. These include the ability to view and book activities for every member of your stateroom (including the names of participants and the prices of the activities), view the names of every member of your stateroom and your stateroom number, and cancel activities in which they are a participant. As further discussed below, these rights extend to every other stateroom to which your Cruise reservation is linked.
  • When you claim another guest’s reservation, you will be automatically linked to all other Cruise reservations on the same Cruise sailing that are linked to that Cruise reservation, and all of the guests linked together will have the same rights listed immediately above for all linked reservations. Linking reservations does not add those guests to your Family & Friends list. Linked reservations are only visible in your Site account through the Cruise sail dates, and then they are removed.
  • Certain reservations booked online may automatically appear in the “My Cruise Reservations” section of your Site account; however, your reservation information might not appear immediately after booking. For the Cruise reservations that are added automatically, all members in the stateroom with Site accounts will see the reservation, provided only the person who booked the Cruise reservation will have management rights over that Cruise reservation. If your reservation information does not appear within 24 hours of booking, then you may use this feature to add it manually.
  • If you no longer wish to be linked to another stateroom, please call (800) 951-3532. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.
STORING A CREDIT CARD TO YOUR PROFILE
  • You have the ability to store a credit card in your Profile. When available, you can use this credit card to make certain online purchases, including select spa services, Port Adventures, nursery, and dining reservations. This credit card may be, but is not necessarily, the same credit card you provided during online check-in or at Guest Services for stateroom charges and incidentals. Your Site Profile stored credit card is not associated with or used for the purchases you make with your Key to the World card unless you also provide that credit card at Guest Services.
  • You must sign in to your Site account in order to add or edit your credit card information. You can remove or edit your stored credit card information at any time.
  • For your convenience, your credit card information will be stored in your Site account indefinitely until you change or remove it.
  • You represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of the payment card stored in your account Profile.
GENERAL PROVISIONS

You agree that any claim, action or lawsuit (collectively, “Action”) arising out of these Terms, reservations and bookings, and/or all packages, products and services provided in connection with the reservations and bookings (including without limitation, components such stateroom accommodations and Port Adventures) (collectively, “Terms, Reservations and Products”) must be filed and maintained exclusively in any court in Orange County, Florida having subject matter jurisdiction. You also hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such Action. You agree these Terms, Reservations and Products shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
