After completing full payment for your cruise and your booking window opens, you can make reservations for activities and view their pricing online. Please note that some activities will fill up quickly and most require an additional fee:
Your advance booking window is determined by your Castaway Club membership level, as follows:
First-Time Guests | 75 days prior to sail date |
Silver Castaway Club Member | 90 days prior to sail date |
Gold Castaway Club Member | 105 days prior to sail date |
Platinum Castaway Club Member | 120 days prior to sail date |
Pearl Castaway Club Member | 123 days prior to sail date |
Concierge Guests | 130 days prior to sail date* |
*Across the fleet, Concierge Guests can book onboard activities, including complimentary Character experiences like Royal Gathering, up to 130 days prior to sail date by contacting the Shoreside Concierge Services team. Online booking for Concierge Guests is available 123 days prior to sail date.
Complimentary Character experiences like Royal Gathering can be booked 30 days prior to sail date unless sailing on the Disney Adventure, where Royal Gathering can only be booked on board using the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Learn more about booking activities on board the Disney Adventure.
Online Reservations
- Log in to My Reservations.
- Go to the “My Plans” tab.
- Select the day you’d like to reserve an activity on your day-by-day itinerary.
- Select "Add Activities" and choose an activity type from the options provided.
- You can select “Change Day” to choose a different day for that category.
- Select the activity you want to reserve.
- Select the Guest(s).
- Select “Check Availability” and choose a time.
- Save your selections.
- Your reservation displays on the "My Plans" tab for the day selected so that you can review your choices.
- Repeat the same steps to reserve additional activities.
- If you’d like to cancel a reservation, go to the "My Plans" tab, find the day on which the activity is booked and select “Cancel Activity”.
Onboard Reservations
On board the ship, you can make reservations, subject to availability, through the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or at select activity locations.
