You can customize your Disney cruise by signing in to My Reservations. This option allows you to:

• Change your assigned dining time or be added to the waitlist
• Book ground transportation to and from the port
• Prepay gratuities
• Add or remove a Disney Cruise Line Vacation Protection Plan (subject to reservation status)
• Make Special Requests like:
  • Request a specific table location for your dining party
  • Reserve amenities such as a highchair, bedrails or a crib
  • Inform us of any lifestyle/cultural dietary requests
  • Arrange to celebrate a special occasion during your cruise
• Use the Special Services request form for:
  • Mobility services—such as assistance with embarking and debarking, or if you're traveling with a mobility aid
  • Traveling with a service animal
  • Bringing medical equipment such as oxygen and CPAP, or requesting a shower stool or raised commode
  • Services for hearing disabilities, including assistive listening devices, ASL interpreters, Stateroom Communication Kits (on select ships) and Communication Staterooms (on select ships, must be selected when booking)
  • Services for visual disabilities—such as acquiring a large print menu or audio description device
  • Notating dietary allergies, including those which may be severe or life-threatening

Keep in mind, Guests who have booked their Disney Cruise Line vacation through a travel agency will need to contact their travel advisor to make any modifications to their reservation.

Once your cruise is paid in full and you’re within your advance booking window, you can reserve an array of experiences, including:

• Port Adventures
• Onboard activities like beverage tastings, Character experiences, photo packages and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
• Premium family-friendly dining and adult-exclusive dining experiences
• Childcare at "it’s a small world" nursery!
• Spa and fitness

Your booking window is determined by your Castaway Club membership level.
