How do I customize my Disney Cruise vacation?

A:

You can customize your Disney cruise by signing in to My Reservations. This option allows you to:
  • Change your assigned dining time or be added to the waitlist
  • Book ground transportation to and from the port
  • Pre-pay gratuities
  • Add or remove Vacation Protection Plan (subject to reservation status)
  • Make Special Requests like:
    • Request a specific table location for your dining party
    • Reserve amenities such as a highchair, bedrails or a crib
    • Inform us of any lifestyle/cultural dietary requests
    • Arrange to celebrate a special occasion during your cruise
  • Request Special Services like:
    • Mobility services—such as assistance with embarking and debarking, or if you're traveling with a mobility aid
    • Traveling with a service animal
    • Bringing medical equipment such as oxygen and CPAP, or requesting a shower stool or raised commode
    • Hearing services—such as adding a communication kit or TTY phone in your stateroom, or securing an assistive listening device or ASL interpreter
    • Visual services—such as acquiring a large print menu or audio description device
    • Notating dietary allergies, including those which may be severe or life-threatening
Keep in mind, Guests who have booked their Disney Cruise Line vacation through a Travel Agency will need to contact their travel agent to make any modifications to their reservation.

First-Time Guests75 days prior to sail date
Silver Castaway Club Members90 days prior to sail date
Gold Castaway Club Members105 days prior to sail date
Concierge Guests and Platinum Castaway Club Members120 days prior to sail date
