How do I customize my Disney Cruise vacation?

You can customize your Disney cruise by signing in to My Reservations. This option allows you to:
Once your cruise is paid in full and you’re within your advance booking window, you can reserve an array of experiences, including:
- Change your assigned dining time or be added to the waitlist
- Book ground transportation to and from the port
- Pre-pay gratuities
- Add or remove Vacation Protection Plan (subject to reservation status)
- Make Special Requests like:
- Request a specific table location for your dining party
- Reserve amenities such as a highchair, bedrails or a crib
- Inform us of any lifestyle/cultural dietary requests
- Arrange to celebrate a special occasion during your cruise
- Request Special Services like:
- Mobility services—such as assistance with embarking and debarking, or if you're traveling with a mobility aid
- Traveling with a service animal
- Bringing medical equipment such as oxygen and CPAP, or requesting a shower stool or raised commode
- Hearing services—such as adding a communication kit or TTY phone in your stateroom, or securing an assistive listening device or ASL interpreter
- Visual services—such as acquiring a large print menu or audio description device
- Notating dietary allergies, including those which may be severe or life-threatening

- Port Adventures
- Onboard activities such as beverage tastings, Character experiences, photo packages and Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
- Adult-exclusive dining at Palo, Palo Steakhouse, Remy and Enchanté by Chef Arnaud Lallement
- Childcare at "it’s a small world" nursery
- Spa and Fitness
Your booking window is determined by your Castaway Club membership level, as follows:
