- Order Onboard Gifts ahead of your cruise. Order gifts delivered to your stateroom ahead of your arrival—or on special occasions. Selections include tasty treats, in-room décor, luxurious robes, cakes, premium wine, kid-pleasing adventure gear and more! Please note that orders must be placed no later than 3 days before your sailing date, while cakes require more lead time.
- Receive gifts from family and friends! With a Sail Away Gift, you can send a link to family and friends who may want to purchase onboard credit for you. Onboard credit can be used for premium dining, spa treatments, Port Adventures, merchandise and more. Once aboard the ship, you can check your folio, which is your account summary, to see your onboard credit. To create a shareable link, simply sign in to My Reservations and select Sail Away Gift.
- Schedule a complimentary Disney character call. Surprise your family or travel party with a pre-recorded call from a Disney character. It’s the fun way to get them excited about your upcoming cruise. Simply visit the Disney Cruise Line home page and navigate to “My Reservations” under the “Already Booked” tab. From there, select “Request Call” beside the “Free Character Call” header. Only available for US and Canada phone numbers.
- Make sure all your required travel documents are up to date. Whether it’s a valid passport, visa or government-issued identification, you’ll want to make sure you have all the necessary documentation for the ports of call on your itinerary. Learn more about itinerary-specific travel documents on our Passports, Visas & Citizenship Documentation page.
- Note the date of your booking window to reserve onboard activities and Port Adventures. Keep in mind, final payment must be made before your booking window opens. First-time cruisers with Disney Cruise Line are eligible to book onboard activities and Port Adventures 75 days prior to sailing. Returning Disney Cruise Line Guests are encouraged to check their Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club status for their booking window dates.
