Please note that tidal changes or other factors may present challenges for Guests with limited mobility who use a wheelchair or other mobility device to disembark, as the gangways can be steep and the tendering process difficult. Guests may need to navigate steps or staircases to access the tender and to reboard the ship.

In certain situations, Guests with limited mobility who use a wheelchair or other mobility device may find it impossible to access the gangway or transfer to the tenders.

• Accessible Port Adventures have limited availability, so it’s recommended to book as early as possible.
• Guests using a wheelchair or scooter full time are required to provide information about the type, weight and dimensions (length x width x height) of their mobility device when booking an Accessible Port Adventure.
• Vehicles, ramps and lifts may vary, depending on the port and availability.
• Guests must remain seated in their wheelchair or scooter while using ramps and lifts.
• Wheelchair access at individual locations may be limited and vary.
• Regulations and guidelines of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) do not apply outside of the United States.
