When one of our Disney photographers takes your picture, they will tap your band to their device so your account receives the photo. Please note: each Guest can only use one band at a time while on board—so the band you use on embarkation day is “active for onboard use” during the entire voyage, including at photo opportunities.

From there, you have more than one way to view your photos:

On Board

During your cruise, you can view and purchase photos and photo products in 2 ways:

Via Disney Cruise Line Photos Site

1. Go to the Disney Cruise Line Photos site on your mobile device. Please note: this site is only available on board your cruise. The site URL is on display at any photo opportunity location.
2. Provide your reservation information—including your date of birth, first name, last name, and stateroom number—exactly as it appears on your documentation.
3. View your photos.

Via Shutters Gallery

1. Locate the Shutters Gallery on your cruise ship.
2. Tap your DisneyBand+ at any available kiosk.
3. View your photos.

Post Cruise

After debarkation, you will no longer be able to purchase your photos, but you will have 45 days to choose from your photos and apply any package credits you purchased on board to download the photos.

Your photo gallery can be located by following these steps:

1. Go to disneycruiseline.com.
2. Select “My Cruise Photos” under the “Already Booked” section in the top navigation.
3. View your photos.
