Are you able to accommodate my dietary requests and/or food allergies?

A:

Disney Cruise Line is dedicated to accommodating Guests with dietary needs, offering allergy-friendly meals, cultural or lifestyle options and accommodations for severe dietary restrictions. To enhance your dining experience, our table-service restaurants also feature gluten-free, vegetarian and dairy-free menu selections.

How to Request a Special Dietary Meal

There are 2 ways to submit dietary requests—Special Requests and Special Services. To make a dietary request prior to your sailing, please visit My Reservations and use the form that corresponds to your needs:

Special Requests

Use this option for lifestyle or cultural meal accommodations such as kosher, vegetarian, Jain or meals with halal-certified meats.
  • Requests for kosher or meals with halal-certified meats must be submitted at least 35 days prior to your sailing date. On board the Disney Adventure, meals with halal-certified meats are available at table-service venues and can be ordered at the time of your meal.
  • Kosher for Passover meal requests must be submitted 10 weeks in advance in order to be accommodated. Passover Seder ceremonial plate ingredients can also be provided for Guests wishing to hold their own personal Seder service. Requests must be submitted to the Disney Cruise Line Call Center 10 weeks in advance in order to be accommodated.
  • Jain meals are exclusively offered on the Disney Adventure. To ensure availability, please submit your request at least 35 days prior to your sailing date. You can submit requests by visiting My Reservations, the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or by contacting us.
Special Services

Use this option for severe or life-threatening dietary restrictions such as food allergies. Requests must be submitted at least 3 days prior to embarkation.
