With your Disney cruise just a few weeks away, you can now complete your Online Check-In, select a Port Arrival Time and prepare everything needed to ensure smooth sailing throughout the embarkation process. This is also a great time to request Special Services, make final ground transportation arrangements and review any additional onboard activities to book.

  • Complete your Online Check-In. Save valuable time on embarkation day with Online Check-In, available to first-time cruisers 30 days prior to sailing. Returning Guests are encouraged to check their Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club Membership status to find out when their check-in window begins.

Online Check-In is a crucial step in your cruise planning, where you upload travel documents and photos of each person in your travel party, provide a credit card for onboard purchases, register for kids clubs and provide important details such as airline information. You can begin the process and return later to modify or complete the information up to one day prior to sailing.

Online Check-in opens at (12:01 AM) Eastern Time on the first day of your Online Check-In window. You can find your Online Check-In date on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or at DisneyCruise.com. To check-in, simply sign into your Disney Cruise Line account and select “Begin Check-In.” Please be sure to have all your paperwork available and check-in at least one day prior to setting sail.

  • Select your Port Arrival Time. During Online Check-In, you’ll select an available Port Arrival Time for you and your party to arrive at the embarkation terminal. Please note, you will not be able to access the terminal prior to your Port Arrival Time.

  • Save your Port Arrival Form to access during embarkation. After selecting an available Port Arrival Time, you’ll have the option to either print the Port Arrival Form or save it electronically to your mobile device. A copy of this form will also be emailed to you. You can also find your Port Arrival form in your cruise reservation under “Online Check-In.” The form contains a Quick Response (QR) code that helps facilitate the check-in process at the port terminal.

Pro Tip: Be sure to print a copy or save electronically at least one day prior to your sailing date to be able to easily access your form at the embarkation terminal.

  • Request Special Services for Guests with health conditions or disabilities. Make the most of your cruise vacation by letting us know in advance if you need special accommodations such as:
    • Equipment
    • Service animals
    • Mobility, oxygen, hearing and visual services
    • Dietary requirements such as food allergies and medical needs

  • Review special dietary requests. As a reminder, Disney Cruise Line offers gluten-free, vegetarian, no-sugar-added, dairy-free and lighter-note offerings on our table-service restaurant menus. Dietary special requests are available with no additional charge through the Request Special Services form under My Reservations. Guests may submit their requests up to 3 days prior to embarkation. However, if you require either kosher or halal meals, we do ask that your request be submitted at least 5 weeks prior to your sail date. Halal and vegetarian Jain options are available on the Disney Adventure with 5 weeks' notice. Please note requests for kosher Passover meal requests must be submitted 10 weeks in advance. Dietary special requests are available with no additional charge through the Special Requests application under My Reservations.

Guests booked on Port Adventures that include a meal are required to visit the Port Adventures desk onboard the ship to discuss their dietary needs (please note: All Port Adventures are offered in partnership with third-party vendors).

  • Keep a lookout for your Disney Cruise Line luggage tags. Each person in your travel party will receive Disney Cruise Line luggage tags, included in the luggage tag mailer you’ll receive in the mail prior to sailing. (Please note: Luggage tags for Guests sailing on the Disney Adventure will be available at the terminal on embarkation day.) If your cruise is 4 nights or less, each person will receive one luggage tag. If your cruise is 5 nights or longer, each person will receive 2 luggage tags. The luggage tags will include your name, ship name, stateroom number (if available), sail date and reservation number. Please do not pack your luggage tags in your luggage and refer to the information provided via the QR code on the luggage tag mailer about when luggage tags should be placed on your bags. The QR code also leads to other valuable pre-arrival information to keep handy as you make your way to your departure port. You can also find this information on our Ground Transportation page. If you do not receive your luggage tag mailer prior to your cruise, don’t worry; all necessary forms and information are available via My Reservations. If you are unable to access any of the online check-in forms, they will be available at your departure port. Additionally, luggage tags will be available at the terminal on embarkation day.

  • Finish booking your onboard extras: Port Adventures, DisneyBand+, photo packages, premium dining and spa and salon services. Please note: Port Adventures and DisneyBand+ are not available on the Disney Adventure.
