To manage your booking, create or sign in to your MyDisney account on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app or the Disney Cruise Line website. Then go to My Reservations to link your reservation and explore the features: 

• Viewing and managing your Disney Cruise Line account 
• Submitting lifestyle Special Requests like birthday celebrations or cultural dietary requests such as Jain vegetarian meals and halal-certified meats 
• Requesting Special Services like dietary restrictions due to severe allergies 
• Exploring your ship’s deck plans 
• Browsing onboard activities, entertainment and live shows 
• Booking and managing reservations for activities 
• Checking in online 
• Selecting your Port Arrival Time 
• Receiving essential updates

On the Disney Adventure, you’ll have the chance to meet beloved Disney and Marvel Characters. Simply book select Character appearances and attractions on board through the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.

Although you can book select Character Greetings like Royal Gathering and high-demand attractions such as Ironcycle Test Run, not all Character appearances and ride times require reservations.

Concierge Guests will have the opportunity to request Royal Gathering reservations up to 130 days prior to sail date by contacting the Shoreside Concierge Services team. Additionally, Concierge Guests may enjoy Character Greetings in the Concierge Lounge throughout their voyage without reservations. Note that Baymax appearances are available on San Fransokyo Street and require an onboard reservation.

To optimize your experience, certain live stage shows may be pre-assigned to coordinate with your dining time—just check the app once you’re on board to view your reservations!
