In addition, Private Port Adventures are coordinated with the ship’s arrival. If the ship is late, tour times will be adjusted. If an excursion runs late, we’ll wait or arrange complimentary transportation to the next port of call. Plus, Private Port Adventures are fully refundable for missed ports if the ship itinerary changes.

When your cruise reservation is paid in full and you are within your booking window, contact us directly by following these easy steps:

1. Sign in to access the Request Form using your Disney account credentials.

2. Fill out the form and submit your request.

3. Allow up to 7 days for a Disney Cruise Activities Specialist to contact you and confirm your private request.

To browse our vast collection of Private Port Adventures, search Port Adventures by destination, and then select “Private Adventures” under “Experience Type.”

Keep in mind, requests are processed in the order in which they are received. A minimum number of participants may be required for some excursions.
