  • Location and Hours

    On the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy, the Guest Services Desk is located on Deck 3, Midship, in the Atrium Lobby. On the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny, the Guest Services Desk is located on Deck 4, Midship. On the Disney Adventure, the Guest Services Desk is located on Deck 6, Midship. You can also call the dedicated Guest Services phone line from your stateroom.

    The Guest Services Desk is open 24 hours a day.

  • Port Adventures

    To better serve you, we have a dedicated Port Adventures Desk for the ships that offer Port Adventures. For all shore excursion inquiries, please contact the Port Adventures Desk—located on Deck 3 of the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy. On the Disney Wish, Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny, the Port Adventures Desk is located on Deck 4.
