Can I change the email address associated with my Disney account?


Yes. It’s easy to update the email address associated with your Disney Account. Just sign into your Account and open "My Profile" by clicking on your name where it's displayed at the top of the page. You can also find “My Profile” located in the "My Disney Cruise" menu.

Under "Account Settings," you'll be able to change the email address used to sign-in to your account as well as your Password and security questions.

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern time; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern time.
    Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
