In accordance with United States federal regulations and local laws in the destinations we visit, illegal narcotics—including synthetic designer drugs—and marijuana (even if legal where you reside or medically prescribed)—are prohibited on board the ships and on Disney Castaway Cay.
Additionally, any drug paraphernalia used for marijuana, cannabis or hemp is prohibited. Medically prescribed marijuana, as well as items derived from or enriched by marijuana, including items and products containing THC (tetrahydrocannabinol) and/or CBD (cannabidiol) are also prohibited.
Guests found in possession of these prohibited items on their person or in their baggage may be denied boarding and may be subject to severe legal penalties.
