Reservations are required for the following Character experiences:
- Select Complimentary Character Greetings
- Royal Gathering: online booking opens 30 days before your sailing, provided your cruise is paid in full.
- Disney Adventure: select Character greetings (including Royal Gathering) are only available to book on board via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
- Character Dining Experiences—such as Royal Court Royal Tea, Olaf’s Royal Picnic, Adventure Tea with Royalty and Royal Society for Friendship and Tea (availability varies by ship)—are available to book within your booking window, provided your cruise is paid in full.

A limited number of reservations may be available on the first day of your cruise. Please check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app when you are on board the ship for availability.
Keep in mind that Character Experiences are subject to change. Because space is extremely limited, Guests may hold only one reservation per ticketed event per cruise. Additional Character Experiences that do not require a reservation are available throughout your cruise.
