What types of mobile devices support the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app?

A.

You can use the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app on most mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets that run on either Apple IOS or Android operating systems. (Please note that the app will not function on Blackberry or Windows phones.)

You can download the latest version of the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app from the Apple iTunes App StoreSM for iOS devices or from Google Play™ for Android devices free charge. (Unfortunately, the app is currently unavailable for download in Japan.)

While the app is free to download, standard data charges may apply. We do recommend that you download the app prior to your departure date; however, you'll only be able to launch the app once you connect to your ship's onboard Wi-Fi.

Use of the DCL-GUEST wireless network is also complimentary when used to support the Navigator app. But be aware that using our onboard Wi-Fi for other activities, including downloading the Navigator app, email and surfing the Internet, is subject to additional charges. That’s why we recommend downloading this app at home.
