Premium activities are available for booking before you set sail, while most other activities can be reserved on board the ship. If you’re a Concierge Guest, you’ll enjoy earlier booking privileges.

On board the ship, you can book activities and view event information, schedules and availability in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. If your preferred time is unavailable, try alternate times or days. Some activities require an additional fee.

You can reserve premium experiences in advance, based on your booking window. Consider booking Palo Trattoria, Mike & Sulley’s Flavors of Asia, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Marvel Style Studio, Royal Society for Friendship and Tea, beverage seminars and spa treatments early since reservations can fill quickly.

Select Character appearances, including Royal Gathering, will be available to book on board the ship via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.

Additional Character appearances not requiring a reservation are also available throughout your cruise.

Iron Cycle Test Run, Pym Quantum Racers and Groot Galaxy Spin will be available to book on board via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app at select times throughout the voyage. There will also be times where reservations are not required to ride—check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app for specific booking information on board the ship.

So you don’t miss a minute of the magic, you may be assigned Broadway-style shows in the Walt Disney Theatre to coordinate with your dining time. To view your upcoming assigned show or see showtimes available on a first-come, first-served basis, check the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app when you are on board the ship.

Concierge Guests can request premium experiences and Royal Gathering reservations up to 130 days before sailing through the Shoreside Concierge Services team. Throughout the voyage, Concierge Guests can also enjoy Character Greetings in the Concierge Lounge without reservations. The onboard Concierge team will share more information about these Character Greeting schedules. Note that Baymax appearances are available on San Fransokyo Street and require an onboard reservation.
