Age-Specific Activities – Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

Are there activities for different age groups aboard Disney Cruise ships?

A:

Absolutely! Every Disney cruise ship offers shared family experiences, plus age‑specific activities for kids, teens and adults.

Parents of children ages 3 and younger can sign their little ones up for group babysitting and playtime at "it's a small world" nursery on all Disney ships. (Additional fee applies.)

Kids of all ages can enjoy an array of Character experiences throughout the cruise. On board every ship, you’ll also find kids pools and splash areas, youth clubs, entertainment, family lounges and activity centers.

Tweens ages 11 to 14 can hang out at Edge, an interactive play space, a lounge area and the latest high-tech music, video and gaming systems—plus karaoke, scavenger hunts, themed nights and special events.

Teens ages 14 through 17 can meet up at Vibe, the teen-only lounge where they’ll find music, movies, video games, themed nights and more.

Kids ages 3 to 12 can enjoy magical makeovers at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and all Guests ages 3 and older can take part in Pirate Night transformations when the boutique becomes the Pirates League. Please note that Pirates League packages are offered only on select itineraries, on the day of Pirate Night. On the Disney Adventure, Guests of all ages can suit up for Super Hero transformations at Marvel Style Studio.

Guests ages 18 and older can choose from adults-only activities and venues, including state-of-the-art fitness centers, stylish nightclubs and lounges, indulgent spa and salon services, elegant adult-exclusive dining and the secluded Quiet Cove Pool (featured on most ships; not available on Disney Adventure).
