- Log in to your MyDisney account on the Disney Cruise Line website.
- Navigate to the Edit Profile page.
- Check that your last name is spelled exactly as it appears on the passport or proof of citizenship used for your prior Disney Cruise and make any needed corrections.
- Check that your birthdate is correct; if not, please contact the Disney Cruise Line Web Resolution Team.
