Preparing for Your Cruise – Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

Does Disney Cruise Line provide luggage tags for my cruise?

A:

Yes, you will receive Disney Cruise Line luggage tags for each person in your traveling party. If your cruise is 4 nights or less, each person will receive one luggage tag. If your cruise is 5 nights or longer, each person will receive 2 luggage tags. For all ships except the Disney Adventure, these luggage tags will be sent in the mail prior to your sailing.

For Guests who receive luggage tags in the mail, use the QR code on the luggage tag mailer to learn when luggage tags should be placed on your bags. This luggage tag mailer will include your name, ship name, stateroom number (if available), sail date and reservation number. If you need more luggage tags, or if you booked your cruise too close to your departure date to have received luggage tags by mail, don’t worry—Disney Cruise Line porters will have extra luggage tags available.

Guests sailing on the Disney Adventure will receive luggage tags on embarkation day. Guests staying at a Disney Cruise Line partner hotel or traveling from Singapore Changi Airport via Disney Cruise Line ground transportation will receive luggage tags at these locations prior to their arrival to the cruise terminal. Otherwise, luggage tags will be provided to Guests at the Marina Bay Cruise Centre prior to embarkation. You will be asked to show either the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, your Port Arrival Form or digital wallet to confirm your stateroom number. Please have one of these available.
