Guests with Disabilities – Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

Can I rent a wheelchair to use on the ship during my cruise?

A:

Guests must either bring their own wheelchairs or mobility device or make arrangements with a third party for the rental, delivery and return of the device.

We have a limited supply of wheelchairs on board for assisting in embarkation and debarkation and for emergency use. However, we cannot provide Guests with a dedicated wheelchair for the entire cruise. Also note that Disney Cruise Line wheelchairs may not be brought ashore.

If you plan to travel with a wheelchair or mobility aid, please contact Disney Cruise Line Special Services in advance so we can assist you with any necessary arrangements.
