These terms and conditions apply to your Placeholder Reservation. Your Placeholder Reservation is a unique reservation that allows you to apply the onboard offer to an eligible future sailing that commences within the next 24 months. A $250 USD deposit per stateroom (up to two (2) staterooms) must have been paid while you were still on board the ship. This deposit is fully refundable if you cancel the Placeholder Reservation. Once a future sail date is selected, standard cancellation fees apply.
- This offer is valid for one (1) redemption per household, per sailing. Guests are required to make a deposit of $250 USD for one stateroom or $500 USD for two staterooms to make the Placeholder Reservation. If opting for 2 staterooms, both must be utilized for travel on the same future sail date and ship and cannot be used for different sailings.
- One (1) member of the original sailing party must remain in one (1) of the future cruise staterooms; otherwise, offer benefits will not apply and standard prevailing rates will be charged.
- 10% off prevailing rates as quotes on disneycruise.com can be applied to a new eligible booking in Stateroom Categories 04A to 11C only, excludes concierge and suites. If the Placeholder Reservation is converted to a new eligible booking in Concierge categories 01A through 03B, a non-refundable and non-transferrable onboard credit per stateroom based on length of sailing will be issued instead: cruises of 6 nights or less will receive a $100 USD credit; cruises of 7 nights and longer will receive a $200 USD credit.
- Enjoy a reduced deposit amount due at the time of booking an eligible future cruise if you convert the Placeholder Reservation to a future cruise that is seven (7) nights or longer.
- Future sail date is subject to the following restrictions: the future cruise must embark within 24 months after the Placeholder Reservation is booked; blockout dates apply and sail dates subject to availability.
- Future cruise must commence on or before the Travel By date listed on this confirmation or the Placeholder Reservation will be automatically canceled.
- If an ineligible future cruise is selected, the Placeholder Reservation benefits will automatically be removed and the reservation will be confirmed at the prevailing rate as quoted on http://disneycruise.com; deposit amounts previously paid will be applied towards the deposit for the new cruise reservation.
- If an eligible future cruise is selected and booked, the Placeholder Reservation is automatically converted to a confirmed reservation.
- Standard booking terms and conditions, including applicable cancellation fees, apply to all confirmed reservations.
- A confirmed reservation cannot be converted back to a Placeholder Reservation.
- If a confirmed reservation is modified so that it no longer meets the eligibility criteria for the Placeholder Reservation offer, offer benefits will not apply and guests will be charged the prevailing rate as quoted on http://disneycruise.com.
- This offer cannot be combined with Florida Resident Rates, US Military Rates or with any other special offer or discount. Not valid on VGT, OGT or IGT Categories with Restrictions.
