Concierge Guests – Embarkation Steps

As a Concierge Guest, you will be greeted and escorted to the Concierge Lounge for check-in, followed by a security screening. You will then be escorted to another lounge where you can wait until boarding.

Port Arrival Time

Your Port Arrival Time (PAT) is when you and your party may arrive at the pier to board the ship. You will select your PAT about 30 days before sailing. For larger parties, we recommend choosing a later PAT to ensure everyone has arrived on time. And don’t worry—when you choose a later PAT, you won’t miss out on all there is to do on board.

Embarkation day is exciting—and we know you’re eager to get started. However, please arrive at your scheduled PAT. If you arrive early at the parking area or pier, you’ll be asked to return at your PAT due to space limitations. Keep in mind that there is no seating outside.

Navigating the Pier

View a map of the Marina Bay Cruise Centre. Depending on your transportation to the pier, you may arrive at either Level 1 or Level 2. There will be Disney Cruise Line representatives and signs at the pier to assist you.

Health Questionnaire

At the pier, Disney Cruise Line representatives will help validate documents submitted during your previously completed Online Check-In. They will also ask if you have completed the mandatory Health Questionnaire, which will be available the morning of embarkation via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app and an emailed link.

Immigration, Citizenship Documents and Travel Advisories

For immigration clearance, it’s important that you have the required documentation. Please carefully review the information about Passports, Visas & Citizenship Documentation, where you will also find any Singapore Travel Advisories. When dropping off luggage upon arrival, please keep all documents in your possession to present at the pier.

All passengers (including children) will need an original passport, valid at least 6 months after sailing has ended. In addition to a valid passport, you may be required to obtain a multiple-entry visa for Singapore based on your nationality. It is the Guest’s responsibility to identify and obtain all necessary visas before commencing their cruise. Be sure that everyone in your party meets the Singapore visa requirements.

Luggage Tagging

Luggage tags will be distributed at the pier or via Disney Cruise Line ground transportation. You will be asked to show either the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, your Port Arrival Form or digital wallet to confirm your stateroom number. Please have one of these available.

Guests Using Disney Cruise Line Ground Transportation
Your luggage will be tagged as part of the service at the pick-up locations: Singapore Changi Airport, Marina Bay Sands, Raffles Singapore and Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa. When arriving at the pier, a Disney Cruise Line representative will meet your coach and handle your bags.

Guests Using Other Transportation

  • Level 1 Area Luggage Tagging & Collection: If you’re arriving via public bus, private coach or MRT (train/shuttle), you will drop off your luggage on Level 1 near the pier entrance. A Disney Cruise Line representative will provide luggage tags and collect your luggage.
  • Level 2 Area Luggage Tagging & Collection: If you’re arriving via taxi, ride-hailing or personal vehicle, you will drop off your luggage on Level 2. A Disney Cruise Line representative will provide your luggage tags and collect your luggage.
  • Find Level 2 from Level 1: The access to the Level 2 Check-In area from Level 1 is along the sheltered pathway, past the shuttle and public bus areas. Elevators and escalators are available to take you to Level 2.
