Your final payment is due 90 days before sailing. If you’ve booked within the 90-day window, final payment is required before reserving activities.

If this is your first Disney cruise, reserve activities 75 days prior to sailing. Castaway Club Members can book earlier. Learn more about onboard activities, booking windows and cancellation policies.

If this is your first Disney cruise, check in 30 days prior to sailing. Castaway Club Members can check in earlier.

To check in, sign in to your Disney Cruise Line account and select “Begin Check-In”. Please be sure to check in online at least 2 days prior to setting sail.

To complete Online Check-In, you will need to:

• Select your Port Arrival Time. If you purchase Disney Cruise Line ground transportation or are a Concierge Guest, you’ll already have a preferred Port Arrival Time (PAT) and don’t need to select one. 
• Provide a payment method for onboard extras. Onboard purchases will be made using your Key to the World card (your stateroom key), which will be billed to the credit card on file. Please note that Disney Cruise Line does not support digital wallet payments on board. Learn more about payment options on board. 
• Upload required citizenship documents and a photo ID.

To avoid delays during immigration clearance, submit your Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC) within 3 days of arrival (include the day of arrival). You’ll also need a SGAC for debarkation. Learn more about required documentation.

Complete your mandatory Disney Cruise Line Health Questionnaire on the morning of embarkation. You’ll receive an email with a link to the questionnaire, also accessible via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.
