My luggage is lost. What should I do?

A.

As soon as you notice your luggage or personal item is missing, please contact us.

Before Your Cruise:

  • If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel before your cruise begins, please visit the Bell Services desk in the main lobby or call them from your hotel room phone. If you are staying at a non-Disney Resort hotel, please contact the front desk.

On the Ship:

  • Please visit the Guest Services Desk or ask a Disney Cruise Line representative for help.

After Your Cruise:

  • If you discover an item is missing after your cruise, access the Help Center assistance form, select “My Recent Cruise – Lost and Found” from the subject dropdown menu and submit the requested info—or call (407) 566-3734 as soon as possible. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

We will make every effort to locate your misplaced belongings and return them to you in a safe and efficient manner.

  • For assistance with your Disney Cruise, please call (800) 951-3532.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern time; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern time.
    Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
