When should I expect to receive my DisneyBand+ order in the mail?

A:

The expected wait time for your DisneyBand+ is approximately 10 business days from the date of your order, unless otherwise noted.

Once your band arrives, you’re all set! Be sure to charge your DisneyBand+ before you leave. Pack your charger and wear your DisneyBand+ on embarkation day. When you check in at the Port, the Port Agent will tap your band to activate it for full shipboard use.

Once on board the ship, you have the option to pair the band to your smart device via Bluetooth in the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Pairing allows you to check your battery life, customize your band’s settings and update the band’s software (if available). Make sure to download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app prior to sailing—or if you already have it, make sure it's up to date.

Already own a DisneyBand+? Verify that your DisneyBand+ is linked by visiting the DisneyBand+ and More page. If you see your band, then you’re all set. If not, you can link your DisneyBand+ prior to your cruise by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your MyDisney account.
  2. Visit My Reservations and make sure your stateroom and all Guests are connected. 
  3. Navigate to the "Already Booked" tab on the main menu and go to "DisneyBand+ and More."
  4. Tap “Link” and follow the prompts.
