Onboard Services – Frequently Asked Questions

Q:

How do I report lost items?

A:

Once you’ve noticed that a personal item is missing, please contact us. We will make every effort to locate misplaced belongings and return them to you in a safe and efficient manner.

Before Your Cruise:

If you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel before your cruise departs, please visit the Bell Services desk in the main lobby or call from your hotel room phone. Guests staying at a non-Disney Resort hotel should contact the front desk for assistance.

On the Ship:

If you discover an item is missing during your cruise, please ask a Disney Cruise Line representative for help or visit the Guest Services Desk on Deck 3, Midship to retrieve found items—open 24 hours for your convenience.

After Your Cruise:

If you discover an item is missing after your cruise, access the Help Center assistance form, select “My Recent Cruise – Lost and Found” from the subject dropdown menu and submit the requested info—or call (407) 566-3734 as soon as possible. Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.

Please note the following “no-hold” items are non-retrievable and will either be destroyed or thrown away:

  • Food or beverages
  • Containers with food residue
  • Soiled clothing
  • Sanitation-specific, personal or toiletry items—including hairbrushes, mouth guards, retainers, toothbrushes, etc.
