Congratulations on booking your Disney cruise! There’s endless magic on the horizon, and we want to make sure you experience it all. We’ve curated important information you’ll need to know before setting sail—from important dates and bookable experiences to some of our favorite planning tips and everything in between. You’ve booked your cruise, so now what? Discover how you can streamline your pre-cruise planning starting day one.
ONCE YOUR ONBOARD ACTIVITIES BOOKING WINDOW OPENS
Available approximately 3 to 5 months before sailing.
Make the most of your upcoming Disney cruise by booking your onboard activities and Port Adventures in advance. We encourage you to book as soon as your designated booking window opens for the best selection and availability.
Please note that entertainment, dining, youth activities and experiences on board Disney Cruise Line ships are presented in English. Port Adventures are available on select itineraries.
ONCE YOUR ONLINE CHECK-IN OPENS
Available approximately 1 to 2 months before sailing.
With your Disney cruise just a few weeks away, you can now complete your Online Check-In, select a Port Arrival Time and prepare everything needed to ensure smooth sailing throughout the embarkation process. This is also a great time to request Special Services, make final ground transportation arrangements and review any additional onboard activities to book.
ONE WEEK BEFORE SAILING
Your magical vacation at sea is right around the corner. As you approach embarkation day, it’s time to take care of a few last-minute details and consider onboard enhancements such as a photo package and onboard gifts and credits.
