A:

If you do not receive your luggage tag mailer prior to your cruise, don’t worry; all necessary forms and information are available via My Reservations. If you are unable to access any of the online check-in forms, they will be available at your departure port. Additionally, porters will have luggage tags for you to place on your luggage.
