Make the most of your upcoming Disney cruise by booking your onboard activities and Port Adventures (on select itineraries) in advance. We encourage you to book as soon as your designated booking window opens for the best selection and availability.

 

Please note that entertainment, dining, youth activities and experiences on board Disney Cruise Line ships are presented in English.

  • Enable notifications on your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. This will allow you to receive important updates about your upcoming voyage.

  • Book your onboard activities. First-time cruisers with Disney Cruise Line are eligible to book onboard activities and Port Adventures 75 days prior to sailing. Returning Disney Cruise Line Guests are encouraged to check their Disney Cruise Line Castaway Club status for their booking window. Once your booking window opens and full payment for your cruise has been completed, you can make reservations online. (Note: Offerings vary by ship.)

    Please note that some activities fill up quickly and most require an additional fee. We understand plans can change, so we offer the flexibility to cancel your activities and Port Adventures up to 3 days prior to sailing.     If you booked Concierge accommodations, a dedicated team of agents will assist you. Please contact Disney Cruise Line Shoreside Concierge Service by email or call us at (866) 784-1654—Monday through Saturday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time—with a list of your activity preferences. For Guests sailing on the Disney Adventure, Concierge Service contact numbers will be emailed to you ahead of your cruise.

  • Pre-purchase select professional photo packages at a lower price. Let our professional photographers capture all the joy, laughter and enchantment as you and your family embark on an unforgettable Disney adventure together. Download the photos you love most and easily share with loved ones during and after your cruise.

  • Order your DisneyBand+. Guests on select sailings aboard the Disney Wish, Disney Fantasy, Disney Dream, Disney Magic, Disney Wonder and Disney Treasure are invited to purchase DisneyBand+, a waterproof wristband designed to provide hands-free convenience. The band allows you to unlock your stateroom, make purchases, access dining reservations and more with just a wave of your hand. Additional features include interactive moments in the atrium, dining rooms, kids clubs and during Character Greetings and deck parties. Be sure to keep an eye on your account to see when you are eligible to order your DisneyBand+.

    Please note that any DisneyBand+ orders made before embarkation day must be placed at least 11 days prior to your sail date to allow for shipping and are available to US residents (including Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands) with a valid US address only. Learn more about DisneyBand+.

    Already have a Walt Disney World Resort or Disneyland Resort MagicBand+? On select ships and itineraries, you can link your account and use it as a DisneyBand+ during your Disney cruise.

  • Let us know if you have any special dietary requests. Disney Cruise Line offers gluten-free, vegetarian, no-sugar-added, dairy-free and lighter-note offerings on our table-service restaurant menus. Dietary special requests are available with no additional charge through the Special Requests application under My Reservations. Guests may submit their requests up to 3 days prior to embarkation. However, if you require either kosher or halal meals, we do ask that your request be submitted at least 5 weeks prior to your sail date. Halal and vegetarian Jain options are available on the Disney Adventure with 5 weeks' notice. Please note requests for kosher Passover meal requests must be submitted 10 weeks in advance. Dietary special requests are available with no additional charge through the Special Requests application under My Reservations.

    Guests booked on Port Adventures that include a meal are required to visit the Port Adventures desk onboard the ship to discuss their dietary needs (please note, all Port Adventures are offered in partnership with third-party vendors).
