Purchase your photos while on board the ship as they will no longer be available after you disembark. Also, you are encouraged to view and download a copy of your folio of onboard charges using your Disney Cruise Line Navigator app.

To re-enter Singapore, you are required to complete a Singapore Arrival Card (SGAC). We recommend completing this form on the final night of your cruise. Helpful resources will be shared on the last evening of your sailing, including via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, your stateroom television and on digital signs throughout the ship. Your SGAC can be completed up to 3 days prior to the end of your cruise.

Your luggage tags will be delivered to your stateroom the evening before arrival. Each tag has a specific character and color. To ensure a smooth debarkation, place your packed luggage outside your stateroom door on the final night of your cruise. Your tagged luggage will be grouped by character in the Cruise Centre luggage hall and will be ready for pickup after debarkation. Please remember to pack all essential items, such as medications, travel documents and valuables, in your carry-on luggage.

On debarkation day, enjoy breakfast at your assigned dining location, which will be shared with you the evening before by the Crew and via the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. For a smooth debarkation, we recommend leaving the ship when your luggage tag’s character and color group is called. Debarkation will take place between 7 AM and 10 AM.

Once you enter the Cruise Centre, you will proceed through immigration clearance on Level 2 before heading to the Level 1 Luggage Hall to claim your bags and pass through customs. Guests who parked on Level 2 will follow designated pathways to the Cruise Centre car park. All other Guests will be directed to the ground transportation area on Level 1.

Disney Cruise Line ground transportation offers a seamless option for travel to Singapore Changi Airport or one of our 3 partner hotels. This service can be booked on board at Guest Services up until noon 2 days prior to debarkation, subject to availability. If opting for alternative transportation, you can use local rideshare apps, such as Grab, CDG Zig, Gojek, Ryde or TADA.
