Can I download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app after I arrive at the terminal or on board the ship?


You may download the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app at the terminal or after boarding the ship. However, because you won’t have access to free Wi-Fi in these locations, you may incur cellular data charges. That’s why we encourage you to download the app at home.

Once on board, use of the "DCL-GUEST" wireless network is also complimentary when used to support the Navigator app. But be aware that using our onboard Wi-Fi for other activities, including downloading the Navigator app, email and surfing the Internet, is subject to additional charges.

Also, please note that the app won’t be operational until you’ve connected your mobile device to your ship’s onboard Wi-Fi network.
