I invited someone to connect via Family & Friends, but she did not receive the email invitation. What should I do?


First, ask her to check her “junk” email folder in the event that her device’s security settings intercepted our message.

Next, view your Family & Friends list and double-check that her status indicates “Invite Pending”. If not, select “Connect Through a Disney Account” to send the invitation again. Keep in mind that children are unable to receive direct invitations to connect—you must connect through the child’s parent or guardian.
