Schedule Update—How long will it take for Guests to receive refunds?

A:

Guests will receive refunds based on current amounts paid to Disney Cruise Line via the original form of payment within five to seven working days after the cancellation of the impacted cruise. The time it takes to receive a refund is dependent on the issuing banking provider and/or your travel provider if your cruise payment was made through your travel provider.
