What if I don’t receive my luggage tag mailer prior to my cruise?

A:

If you haven’t received your luggage tag mailer prior to your cruise, don’t worry; all necessary forms and information are available via My Reservations. If you’re unable to access any of the online check-in forms, they will be available at your departure port. Additionally, porters will have luggage tags for you to place on your luggage. You will be asked to show either the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app, your Port Arrival Form or digital wallet to confirm your stateroom number. Please have one of these available.

Guests sailing on the Disney Adventure will receive luggage tags on embarkation day. Guests staying at a Disney Cruise Line partner hotel or traveling from Singapore Changi Airport via Disney Cruise Line ground transportation will receive luggage tags at these locations prior to their arrival to the cruise terminal. Otherwise, luggage tags will be provided to Guests at the Marina Bay Cruise Centre prior to embarkation. Learn more about how to prepare for your Disney Adventure cruise.
