Q:

I invited someone to connect via Family & Friends, but they did not receive the email invitation. What should I do?

A:

First, ask them to check their “junk” email folder in the event that their device’s security settings intercepted our message.

Next, view your Family & Friends list and double-check that they appear in the Sent tab of the Pending Invites section above your Family & Friends list. If they do, you can resend the invitation by selecting “Resend”. If not, select “Add a Guest” to send the invitation again. Keep in mind that children are unable to receive direct invitations to connect—you must connect through the child’s parent or guardian.
