The number of cruises I have completed is different than the number of cruises displayed online. How can I correct the discrepancy?

A:

If you notice a difference in the number of completed cruises displayed with your Castaway Club Membership, email Disney Cruise Line or in the US and Canada call (800) 449-3380 for assistance. If you are traveling from a country outside the US and Canada, please visit our global phone number listing for contact details.

Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.

About Eligible Sailings

Sailings purchased at select fare types (such as media, vendors and Cast Members traveling on business) are not considered eligible cruises for calculating Castaway Club Membership levels.
