• Meet your chauffeur/guide shoreside who will escort you to your rugged yet plush Hummer H2®, your vantage point for the next 4 or 8 hours to experience Juneau and its surrounds on your own terms and on your own schedule. Note: Each vehicle can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child, total of 5 Guests. Only one ticket per vehicle should be booked.
• Be briefed on a variety of tour options that are available for you. Do as much, or as little, as you like. Select from active experiences or the more sedate. Mix and match. It's entirely your choice. Have a special interest like photography or hiking? No problem. Your chauffeur/guide can help you create a tour experience that is entirely of your own creation.
• Sample itineraries may include:
  • City Tour and Mendenhall Glacier — approximately 90 minutes
  • Alaska State Museum — approximately 70 minutes
  • Wilderness Hiking — 60 to 120 minutes
  • Shrine of St. Therese — approximately 140 minutes
  • Gold Creek Salmon Bake — approximately 90 minutes
  • Gold Panning — approximately 60 minutes
  • Note: Nominal fees apply to certain destinations, such as the Mendenhall Glacier Visitors Center and Alaska State Museum.
• In addition to being your driver and acting as your tour escort, your chauffeur/guide is at your beck and call. Think of him as your personal concierge. Plan to dine ashore this evening and want suggestions and a reservation? No problem. Need to stop by a pharmacy to pick up some personal items? Consider it done. Have a craving for an ice cream cone? • Wheelchairs (collapsible or electric) are not permitted. Tour operators will deny participation to Guests arriving in wheelchairs or electric scooters.
• Guests should provide a child's car seat for children under the age of 5. A booster seat can be provided for children between the age of 5 and 8 on a request basis and subject to availability.
• This excursion is stroller accessible. However, some portions of the tour may require Guests to fold accompanying strollers. Lightweight strollers are recommended.
• Guests should dress warmly, in layers, and carry raingear.
• Guests are encouraged to bring currency and credit cards to purchase extras such as entrance/activities fees, souvenirs, meals, beverages or snacks.
• You should never feel that gratuities are expected, but it is customary to leave a tip in recognition of exceptional service in restaurants, taxis and for excursion guides and drivers. It is always up to you to determine the amount.
