The Vancouver Cruise Terminal is 12 miles from Vancouver Airport, approximately 30 minutes by car.


Driving Directions
From Vancouver International Airport:

  1. From the Vancouver International Airport, go east on Grant McConachie Way onto Arthur Laing Bridge.
  2. Take the ramp towards Highway 99 N/Granville St/City Centre/Centreville.
  3. Take slight left on SW Marine Drive. SW Marine Drive becomes Granville Street.
  4. Take Hwy 99 N ramp towards BC Ferries/Horseshoe Bay/Whistler.
  5. Continue straight onto Seymour Street/Provincial Route 99 North.
  6. Turn left onto Dunsmuir Street/Provincial Route 1A West/Provincial Route 99A North.
  7. Turn right onto Burrard Street.
  8. Turn right onto Canada Place.

From SeaTac Airport:

  1. From the Seattle/Tacoma International Airport, merge onto WA-518 E toward I-5.
  2. Merge onto I-5 N via the exit on the left towards Seattle/Crossing into Canada. I-5 N becomes Provincial Route 99 North.
  3. Turn left onto Park Drive.
  4. Turn right onto Granville Street/Provincial Route 99.
  5. Take the Hwy-99 N ramp toward BC Ferries/Horseshoe Bay/Whistler.
  6. Stay straight to go onto Seymour Street/Provincial Route 99 North. Continue to follow Seymour Street.
  7. Turn left onto Dunsmuir St/Provincial Route 1A W/Provincial Route 99A North.
  8. Turn right onto Burrard Street.
  9. Turn right onto Canada Place. The cruise terminal is on the left side.

From Downtown Vancouver:

  1. Take Cambie Street onto the Cambie Bridge.
  2. Turn right onto Smithe Street.
  3. Turn right onto Seymour St/Provincial Route 99 North.
  4. Turn left onto West Hastings St/Provincial Route 7A.
  5. Turn right onto Howe Street.
  6. Turn left onto Canada Place.


Parking
Parking is available at Canada Place and is operated by Vinci Park Services. The cost is $23.00 CAD per day per parking space. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted. Rates are subject to change. A valid disability parking permit is required for accessible parking.


Luggage Handling & Transfers
Disney Cruise Line representatives will be at the terminal to meet and greet and check-in Guests from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Porters will be on hand to assist with luggage.

All Guests must be onboard the ship by 4:00 p.m.


Youth Activities
You can register your kids for onboard youth activities at the terminal between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Families who have pre-registered online should go to the Youth Activities Check-In Area at the terminal to pick up wristbands (if applicable).

ATMs & Currency Exchange
ATMS are located within the Vancouver Convention Center at the Port of Vancouver. You can cash personal checks and exchange currency at the Guest Services desk onboard the ship with a valid photo I.D. The ports of call also have ATMs.


Wheelchair Accessibility
The cruise terminal building and parking areas are wheelchair accessible. If you require temporary use of a wheelchair at the pier upon embarkation or debarkation, please request one upon arrival at the cruise terminal.
