Hooray! Your sail date has arrived. Just a few more items to check off your list to ensure smooth sailing from here on out.

• Complete the mandatory Health Questionnaire before you leave for the terminal. The questionnaire is available on embarkation day through the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app. Keep a lookout for email and app notifications that will be sent to you in the morning, guiding you with instructions and a direct link to the questionnaire.
  
  
• Remember to have the following items with you at the terminal to help ensure a seamless embarkation process:
  • Original copies of your travel documents
  • Your printed or electronically saved Port Arrival form with QR code
  • Your Disney luggage tags to place on bags—generic tags also available at terminal. (Luggage tags for Guests sailing on the Disney Adventure will be available at the terminal on embarkation day.)
  • And if you already have a DisneyBand+, be sure to wear it to start enjoying your benefits the moment you arrive at the terminal. Don’t already have your DisneyBand+? Don’t worry, you will still have a chance to purchase on board and tap into its convenient, hands-free features. (DisneyBand+ is currently available on select sailings and itineraries, and is not available on the Disney Adventure.) 
    
    

  Pro Tip: In addition to having the above items readily accessible, double checking the list of prohibited items will help ensure a streamlined embarkation process. Disney Cruise Line reserves the right to seize and secure any item deemed to be dangerous or pose a security or safety risk. Attempting to bring these items on board will also delay the delivery of luggage to your stateroom.
