Purchases and services will be charged to your stateroom onboard account. You may also pay in cash using the accepted currencies.
We encourage cashless payments for your convenience. Generally, onboard purchases are added to your onboard account using your Key to the World card (stateroom key).
If you provided a credit card during Online Check-In, your account will be automatically charged at the end of your sailing or when it reaches the designated limit of $300 USD for sailings lasting 2 to 5 nights. There’s no need to visit Guest Services to settle your account.
During your Online Check-In, you can provide any of these credit cards to charge shipboard purchases to your stateroom account:
If a credit card is not placed on file in advance, you can still charge purchases to your stateroom account. For sailings lasting 2 to 5 nights, a $300 USD credit limit applies, after which payment must be made at Guest Services while on board, using one of the following:
Although we encourage cashless payments, you may choose to instead pay using cash. Prices displayed on board will be in US dollars. Please be aware that all cash transactions will be rounded up to the nearest dollar.
Only Singapore dollars (SGD) will be accepted on board for currency exchange in USD. Note that exchange rates on the ship are subject to change without notice and may be different than those offered by other financial institutions. If you plan to settle your stateroom account summary charges in cash, we recommend exchanging your currency to USD before your voyage. Onboard charges may only be settled in cash using USD.
If using a credit card issued from a non-US bank, we recommend notifying your bank of your travels before boarding the ship to prevent any delays with transaction approvals. Credit cards issued from non-US banks may incur a foreign transaction fee and be subject to currency conversion rates when used to pay your onboard account balance.
