How do I modify or cancel my cruise reservation?

A:

You can make most modifications and cancellations to your reservation online with a few easy steps:

  1. Log in to your MyDisney account via My Reservations and select “Modify Reservation.” From the Modify Reservation page, you can change your sail date, edit your travel party, modify your stateroom or cancel your reservation.
  2. Select the reservation that you would like to modify from the dropdown menu. If you do not see your reservation on your My Reservations page, select the “Add Reservation” module to link it to your account.
Important Details
  • To add a special promotion discount after booking or change to a discounted room, contact Disney Cruise Line directly.
  • Some modifications made after final payment may require the reservation to be cancelled and rebooked, and cancellation fees may apply.
  • For reservations booked through a Travel Agency, please contact your travel advisor.
  • If your reservation was booked through Disney Vacation Club, please contact Member Services to make any modifications.
Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees may apply in certain situations. Please contact Disney Cruise Line for assistance with reservations that have been paid in full or booked under a restricted rate or the Concierge category. Refunds will be processed in the original form(s) of payment.

Keep in mind, once a reservation is cancelled, original availability and pricing are not guaranteed. If you do choose to reinstate your reservation, it will be priced at the current prevailing rate and category availability. If your reservation was booked under a special promotion, the offer may not be able to be reinstated.
