What if someone in my sailing party has a qualifying scenario within 14 days and I do not call to change or cancel my cruise?

A.

If you experience one or more of the qualifying scenarios on the day of embarkation, you will not be able to sail and will receive a full refund without Disney-imposed cancellation fees.

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern time; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern time.
    Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
