Do I need to provide proof of my COVID-19-related health concern?

No. If you or anyone in your sailing party experiences a qualifying COVID-19 health scenario within 14 days prior to your sailing, you can contact Disney Cruise Line to change your sail date or request a full refund.

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern time; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern time.
    Guests under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian permission to call.
