I used Future Cruise Credit funds to pay for my reservation. What happens if I need to take advantage of the Flexible Refund Policy?

A.

If you have Future Cruise Credit funds applied to your reservation and experience COVID-19-related health concerns within 14 days of your sailing, you can still take advantage of the Flexible Refund Policy. If you choose to change your sail date, your Future Cruise Credit funds can be applied to your new sailing as long as your new sail date is prior to the expiration date of your Future Cruise Credit. Future Cruise Credits cannot be applied to the Disney Wish Maiden Voyage, setting sail on June 9, 2022. If you choose to cancel your reservation, the Future Cruise Credit funds will return to your account to be used on a future sailing.
