How do I change my sail date or cancel my reservation if I experience a COVID-19-related health concern?

A.

If you would like to explore an alternate sailing or cancel your reservation after experiencing a qualifying COVID-19-related health concern within 14 days prior to your sailing, please contact a member of our reservation team at (866) 325-6685 or (407) 566-7797. Guests younger than age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.

  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Eastern time; Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM Eastern time.
