Diversions

Diversions is a 120-seat sports pub lounge located on Deck 3, Forward in the Beat Street area on the Disney Magic. During the day, Diversions provides fun interactive games for the entire family in a relaxed setting. After 9:00 p.m., the lounge is a haven for adults looking to mingle over mixed drinks or participate in more adult-oriented games and activities.

Modeled after a neighborhood sports pub, Diversions provides a cozy setting and friendly atmosphere where you are invited to unwind during a non-stop adventure at sea. Savor a pint of your favorite beer at the bar and share a laugh with a friend, or recline in a plush chair overlooking a large porthole window and watch the sun set with a glass of wine in hand.

Offering multiple big-screen televisions that broadcast a variety of live sports-related programming, in addition to popular non-sports entertainment, Diversions features wood gaming tables that include such favorites as checkers, chess and backgammon.

Throughout the day, Diversions hosts a plethora of fun activities for children and adults. Check the Personal Navigator—the Disney Cruise Line daily newsletter detailing all there is to see and do—for specific dates and times of activities while onboard.

  Attention all 18- to 25-year-olds! Join the fun at this onboard party created just for you.
• Martini Tasting
  For an additional charge, savor a tasting seminar and learn the secrets of what makes a stellar martini. If interested in this activity, you must pre-book at Guest Services once onboard.
• Singles' Mingle
  Are you a single parent or just traveling alone? Make some new friends and plan to get together at other activities during your cruise.

Additionally, beer tasting is hosted on both 4-night and 7-night cruises during days at sea. And check out British Pub Night, if it's scheduled during your trip.

A full bar serves a large selection wine, beer and mixed drinks for an additional fee. Specialty martinis include the Champenoise and the Berrytini. After-dinner liqueurs include Bailey's Irish Cream, Tia Maria and Amaretto di Saronno. Specialty coffees like espresso, cappuccino and coffee colada with rum and coconuts, and dessert wines such as Apple Icewine are also available.

Guests 21 years and older can purchase a 22-ounce refillable beer mug. Refills can be purchased later for a special price at any onboard nightclub, bar or lounge that sells draft beer. Please note that Guests will need to bring the mug to receive a refill at the refill cost.

Additionally, complimentary hors d'oeuvres and snacks are served throughout the evening.

Beat Street, located on Deck 3, Forward of the Disney Magic, is a section of the ship named after the historic thoroughfare, and home to 3 nightclubs and lounges that cater to adults in the evening, including Rockin' Bar D, Sessions and Diversions. Decorated with oversized musical instruments, music notes and an illuminated cityscape, Beat Street is the road to fun for adults each and every cruise night.
