Once you enter the original Walled City of Old San Juan you will arrive at Plaza Norzagaray, where you'll meet "Ponce de Leon", the first Governor of Puerto Rico and receive a bottle of "Fountain of Youth" pure water. The Heritage Guides will answer your question" Why" Puerto Rico was declared the" Key to the New World" by the King of Spain.

During your approximate 45-minute tour, you will view and hear legends about the devil's sentry box, Santa Barbara the Patron Saint of the Artillerymen, dungeons, historic prisoner graffiti, the exploding tunnels and much more.
  • Leave the fort and walk a few steps to the National Park Service Children's Discovery Center. Here, children will have a chance to learn about the old trade of masonry and how this important skill was fundamental in the construction of the fortification system, including Castillo San Cristóbal. Disney Cruise Line Youth Activities Counselors will join the children as they mold and paint a clay memento of their new learned trade, allowing parents to enjoy approximately one hour of free time, if so desired, to explore Old San Juan or shop.
